An experienced executive and expert in the field of outsourcing, shared services, and benchmarking, Mr. Ben Trowbridge currently serves as the Founder and CEO of Alsbridge, Inc., a global outsourcing advisory company. Established by Ben Trowbridge in 2002 as The Trowbridge Group, Alsbridge merged with London-based ALS Consulting in 2005. Since then, Ben Trowbridge’s company has developed a strong reputation for intelligent and results-oriented consulting that is customized for each client’s unique needs. Personally, Ben Trowbridge has overseen sourcing transactions ranging from $150 million to $2.2 billion for a variety of industries, including transportation, consumer goods, telecommunications, manufacturing, and retail. Before founding Alsbridge, Ben Trowbridge served as the CEO of United Messaging. In this position, Ben Trowbridge skillfully directed a major streamlining of United Messaging’s cost structure, leading to the company’s successful purchase by a group of investors. Ben Trowbridge also formerly served in numerous executive positions for Ernst & Young. During his time at Ernst & Young, Ben Trowbridge held the roles of Managing Partner for the company’s Outsourcing Services Business and COO of the company’s Global Outsourcing Business. In these positions, Ben Trowbridge oversaw two of Ernst & Young’s largest outsourcing relationships, worth more than $4 billion in total contract value. Ben Trowbridge served in the U.S. Marine Corps, where he held the rank of Captain. During his tenure in the U.S. Marine Corps, Ben Trowbridge served as Company Commander on four different occasions, commanding one of the Marine Corps’ first Special Operations Capable Raid Companies. Ben Trowbridge lives and works in the Dallas, Texas area. When he is not working, Ben Trowbridge enjoys exercising, watching sports, reading, and traveling. Prior to beginning his career, Ben Trowbridge earned his Bachelor’s degree from Northwestern Louisiana State University.
