Dr. John Goldener began his career in executive search in 2000 as an Executive Director. Deeply experienced in medical management, Dr. John Goldener formerly served as the Founder and Head of Main Line Pediatrics and Pediatric Associates of the Main Line. The private practice, which was a part of Pennsylvania’s Main Line Hospital network, comprised more than 50 employees, 8 certified MDs, and 3 locations across suburban Philadelphia. Beyond his management of Main Line Pediatrics and Pediatric Associates of the Main Line, Dr. John Goldener was Chairman of the Department of Pediatrics at Main Line’s Lankenau Hospital. In this role for nearly 20 years, Dr. John Goldener maintained direct oversight of the department’s administrative activities and played an integral role in establishing the first Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Nursery in the Philadelphia suburbs. In 1999, Dr. John Goldener co-founded the Main Line Multispecialty Group, a large private practice with a staff of more than 50 specialist physicians. John Goldener received his MD from the Georgetown University School of Medicine. A strong student, John Goldener earned the Boyden Trust Scholarship while in medical school. Dedicated to advancing his own skill set, John Goldener returned to college in 1996 to earn his Master’s degree in Medical Management from the Tulane School of Public Health and Tropical Medicine.
