Bertrand was also a key member of the team in charge of Pfizer’s Pharmacia Integration. Transitioning to Pfizer Animal Health as Senior Marketing Manager of United States Cattle Biologicals, Pierre Bertrand oversaw direction for the company’s Cow-Calf sector, leading a cross-functional team to develop strategies for a segment worth $180 million. Pierre Bertrand lent his expertise to national multi-media campaigns for the SelectVAC brand, winning First Place in the Best of NAMA in 2007. Pierre Bertrand’s other accolades during this time include a PAH Innovation Award from IHHP in 2006, the PAH Brand Stewardship Award in 2006, and the Best of NAMA First Place Winner, Single Page Ad in 2007. A year before achieving his current position as Regional Marketing Director, Pierre Bertrand offered management expertise to four regions as Director of POWERS Regional Strategy. Pierre Bertrand performed analyses and spearheaded strategies that were implemented at the regional level and required headquarters’ support. Transitioning to his current role of Regional Marketing Director in 2009, Pierre Bertrand develops and implements strategies that are customized to the markets he serves, with tactical plans specifically tailored to the state business plans. In the past year, Pierre Bertrand has played an instrumental role in growing Pfizer’s $2.8 billion business.
