As the President of Whitestone Properties Inc., Daniel Kimia is daily faced with manifold responsibilities. The real estate industry is unique in that challenges come from multiple directions, and they are often difficult to plan for. Luckily, Daniel Kimia’s skills in the areas of marketing, finance, budgeting, administration, construction planning, and law have provided him with sufficient background to balance the responsibilities of management, investment, decision making, and finance as they arise.
During his time as the President of the Great Neck, New York-based real estate firm, Daniel has seen the company participate in thousands of residential projects as both new builds and renovations. Mr. Kimia has also been instrumental in guiding Whitestone Properties into the development of commercial space, as well. Daniel Kimia attended the University of Southern California in Los Angeles for his undergraduate degree, graduating with a B.S. in 1982. While majoring in Accounting, he attended courses in the University’s renowned Marshall School of Business and was active in the campus Accounting Society.
